Crownstone were appointed to diagnose and design the remedial repair works required to transform an iconic heritage building on the South Bank of the Thames from industrial, to modern mixed-use.

Crownstone were called in by a prestigious nationwide block manager to provide a solution to water ingress into this modern penthouse apartment. When Crownstone arrived, in spite of numerous surveyors’ visits, the source of the water damage remained unidentified and the problem persisted.
